Welcome to Little Acorns Nursery (Alloa) Ltd

"Little Acorns Nursery (Alloa) Ltd is a family owned group of nurseries within the central belt offering high quality childcare, in a safe secure and stimulating environment. All our nurseries have dedicated sleep rooms, soft play zones and outdoor play areas. We have recently introduced a sensory room at our Stirling Nursery.

As part of the service provided we supply healthy nutritious and well balanced snacks morning and afternoon. We also provide dance, drama, language and the ‘active start’ sport programme.

Little Acorns Nursery currently works in partnership with local authorities providing commissioned childcare places for all pre-school children.

Each nursery benefits from the use of an Interactive Smart Board. These whiteboards are used by all staff and children to learn by touching the screen. They are a fantastic resource and the children, staff and parents alike get lots of use out of them.

The additional activities we offer at each nursery, which are paid for by the company not the parents are Lazy Town and Fit Kid. The coach comes along every week for 2 hours in each nursery. She takes the children through gym classes, training, movement, balance and dance all with fun at the forefront.

We are registered with the Care commission and follow the Scottish Executive guidelines.
